Kaleidoscopes founder Dom Kelleher's vision is to develop a network of like-minded individuals committed to making lasting, positive change. Please contact him if you're passionate about values, issues and ideas and about creating change that can help us all at the personal, organisational and societal levels.
In pursuit of this vision, Dom ran Halcyon, a private company registered in Belgium, from 2003-2021. Part consultancy, part thinktank, part social enterprise, Halcyon helped its clients prepare for and respond to personal, organisational and societal change.
Until 2024, Dom worked for EY, most recently as Global Private Knowledge Leader. He's a former director of and then external adviser to PwC, was lead author of three British Standards Institution publications and led the multinational team that published a European knowledge management good practice guide. Dom also serves as a member of the BSI panel that co-developed the first ISO global knowledge standard.
Dom trained with the UK's Counselling & Psychotherapy Central Awarding Body and is now a fully-qualified, professional counsellor, and a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. He has been working with therapy clients for three years.
Dom is also a fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, and in the past served as a senior adviser to AIESEC, the global student federation, and to several thinktanks, including Bruegel and The Conference Board.
