I (Dom Kelleher) am a qualified and registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I work with adults, from 18-80+ My approach is primarily client/person-centred. This means that I will work to understand you and to provide a non-judgmental relationship in which you feel able to explore your issues and feelings openly. I am now based in the UK, but have spent most of my adult life living and working in various countries, so I am well placed to deal with multicultural challenges.
During a 35 year business career I led many teams, large and small, and my focus throughout was talent development, helping people advance, personally and professionally. I had many hundreds of hours of training in top global professional services firms such as PwC and EY, which equipped me as a coach and mentor.
